We are delighted to announce that T21 is now a Dixons Carphone Approved Supplier Partnership Agency!
This means that we’ll be taking our teams of highly-trained sales and customer experience champions to Currys PC World & Carphone Warehouse stores across the UK, representing brands who are looking to us to deliver excellent customer service and sales of lasting value on their behalf in an evolving, and challenging, retail environment.
T21 first applied for Approved Agency Status with the retail giant at the start of 2017 on the back of a successful 6-month promotional partnership with Yamaha, a campaign which introduced the global manufacturer’s smart audio brand ‘MusicCast’ into Currys PC World stores over the 2016 Christmas trading period. Unfortunately, at that time we just missed out on gaining official Approved Status with Dixons Carphone.
This year Dixons Carphone invited T21 to reapply and, following a very involved tender process, we got the gig.
And we are thoroughly delighted!
Because by loading our teams with skills gained from our premium sales training and customer experience programmes, we can make a valuable difference not only to the brands we’ll be working with but also to Dixons Carphone stores and their customers. They all have high expectations, and we’re more than confident that we’ll exceed them through our commitment to excellence, our professionalism and our dynamic approach to the work we do.
On average, Dixons Carphone sees around 2,000 colleagues representing brands working in Dixons Carphone stores each week. Across the year this equates to thousands of interactions with customers. Since 2011 the retailer has made great progress to align its many supplier partners and specialist agencies to a criteria of high standards and priorities designed to ensure a consistent level of service.
For T21 to be among the chosen few to help deliver this service, it’s recognition that our retailing goals are aligned, and that the quality of the services we offer are benchmarked amongst the very best in the industry.
